Heidi has been practicing as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 1993.  She received her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of St. Francis  (Fort Wayne, Indiana) and is licensed in the state of Indiana. She works with children and adults who struggle with eating disorders, attention deficit disorders, depression, anxiety disorder, and those who are sexual abuse survivors. 




Kathy Gallup, MS, LMHC

Kathy earned her Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from St. Francis University in 2004 and is licensed in the state of Indiana. She spent the previous 13 years as the director of a local adoption program. She enjoys working with women of all ages. Her special interests include all adoption issues, relational issues, child behavior and spiritual questioning.



Lisa Toth, MC, LMHC

Lisa graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2015 with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Indiana. Lisa has experience working with those in a community mental health setting, including adults, children, adolescents, and couples. She has worked with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief/loss. Her areas of interest include psychosis, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder and spirituality.


Derek Paris, PsyD.
“I see psychology as a helping profession that enables people to address emotional, spiritual and physical wrestles.”

Dr. Paris has been practicing as a Clinical Psychologist since 1984.  He received his Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University and his Doctorate in Psychology from Indiana State University.  His areas of specialty include psychological and neurological evaluations, custody evaluations, depression and anxiety disorders as well as geriatric and physical rehabilitation.



John Swinehart, MS, LMFT
"I feel blessed to have the opportunity to help individuals, families, and couples in distress."

John received his Masters degree from Indiana-Purdue University (Fort Wayne, Indiana) in 2003 and is licensed in the state of Indiana.   His graduate internship was at the Family Education Center at Park Center, Inc.  In his internship, John worked with severely emotionally handicapped children and their families.  John also treats individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.  He works with individuals, couples, and families and has extensive experience in dealing with grief and mourning issues.


Jeff Harmon, BS, LAC, ICAC-2

Jeff received his Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Counseling from Summit Christian College in 1993.  He is an Indiana Certified Addiction Counselor II (ICAC II), 2010; and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Indiana, 2011.  He has worked with men, women, and adolescents who struggle with drug and alcohol abuse & addictions since 2000. 



Roy "Teddy" Payne, M.S., LMFT
"I see counseling as a wonderful tool, used by God to create an environment whereby He can heal and redeem the wounds we experience. I am humbled to be a part of the  plan to bring a hope and future to those who seek it. I love working in a profession that redeems pain to unlock possibilities."


Teddy is a 2011 graduate of Liberty University with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Teddy has worked as a supervisor with the Healthy Families program of Indiana, an educator of cultural diversity at the college level, as well as, training mentors throughout Ohio. Most recently, Teddy has worked as a therapist for the Otis R Bowen Center in Fort Wayne specializing in depression, anxiety, parenting, marriage, relationship, and family disorders. In addition, Teddy’s area of interests include: healthy sexuality, blended families, premarital counseling, divorce recovery. 


Deborah Gerig Steinman, MS, LMHC

Deb has been practicing as a child and family therapist since 1997. She received her Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Francis (Fort Wayne, Indiana) and is licensed in the state of Indiana. Her specialties include trauma, grief and loss, sexual and physical abuse, relationship issues, stress management, anxiety, and depression in child/adolescent and adult populations.
