Heidi Easterly
MS, LMFT

Heidi has been practicing as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 1993.
She received her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of St. Francis (Fort Wayne, Indiana) and is licensed in the state of Indiana.
She works with children and adults who struggle with eating disorders, attention deficit disorders, depression, anxiety disorder, and those who are sexual abuse survivors.

John Swinehart
MS, LMFT

John received his Master's degree from Indiana-Purdue University (Fort Wayne, Indiana) in 2003 and is licensed in the state of Indiana. His graduate internship was at the Family Education Center at Park Center, Inc. During his internship, John worked with severely emotionally handicapped children and their families.
John also treats individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. He works with individuals, couples, and families and has extensive experience in dealing with grief and mourning issues.

Sonja Lingo
MA, LMHC

Sonja is a Mental Health Counselor with more than a decade of experience in the fields of psychology and wellness. She received a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University in 2005 and has been licensed in the state of Indiana since 2010.
Sonja has served as a therapist in a number of diverse settings, including a local government office, a weight management/bariatric surgery clinic, community mental health, and private practice.
She has a special interest in treating clients with co-existing medical and mental health concerns. She also enjoys helping children and adults navigate difficult life issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, relational issues, and grief/loss. Sonja is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through EMDRIA approved EMDR Consulting.

Shiloh Smith-Wittwer
MSEd, LMCHA, LPC

I am grateful for the way that counseling, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) has shaped my life and I am honored to have the privilege of passing that on to you."
Shiloh is a Mental Health Counselor Associate working under supervision toward her full licensure. She received her Master's degree in Counseling Education from Purdue Fort Wayne in 2024. She is licensed in both Indiana and Ohio.
Shiloh has over 15 combined years of experience in the mental health field. She has post graduate training in trauma informed treatments. Shiloh has completed the IFS Circle Training through the IFS institute, EMDRIA approved EMDR training through EMDR Consulting, and IFS-informed EMDR (Step 1 & 2) through Syzygy. She is very excited to begin IFS Level 1 training through the IFS Institute to be completed in August 2025.
She is passionate about helping her clients connect with and nurture their inner parts so that they can heal from trauma and relational wounds. She enjoys working with teens and adults who are doing their best to cope with depression, anxiety, life changes, past sexual abuse, and emotional neglect. Shiloh also has a special interest in helping young adults navigate the pressures and life transitions unique to new adulthood.
